Hypersoul

Hypersoul is a 2D singleplayer made with unity. The game innovatively blends the genres spaceshooter and roleplaygame together with some puzzle elements to a new and interesting mixture.

The player avatar is represented by a mysterious spaceship and can be controlled using wasd and mouse. Attacks can be made with mouse leftclick or space. Special abilities can be unlocked trough collecting gemstones that can be equipped in slots. Pressing enter opens a drag and drop inventory system in which all collected gems are stored. Enemies can be targeted with a lock-on function activated by the shift button. Hypersoul features savepoints (bonfires) and a range of different puzzles and enemies. The player can feel free to explore a dark and mysterious world, full of secrets to discover and treasures to find.
